1989 Press Photo Alexandrov Red Army Song and Dance Ensemble-cross country tour

The Alexandrov Red Army Song and Dance Ensemble are currently on a cross country tour of 30 cities. This is the United States debut of the world famous company of almost 200 singers, dancers and musicians. At the New York premiere they were greeted with standing ovations and critical acclaim. They were praised as an absolutely first rate company, spectacular, superb, outstanding, thrilling, impressive, glorious and heralded as a program to win American audiences.
