Terrace Lakes in the Bighorn Crags, part of the present Idaho Primitive Area. Conservation groups are asking the Forest Service to add othe high lake areas, including the Pinnacles, , Vanity Lakes and the Soldier and Cutthroat Lakes, to the wilderness proposal.
