Charlie Baggett, Michigan State University star quarterback, has been ordered to return a $5900 new car he got under an unusual loan arrangement. MSU President Clifton Wharton confirmed he ordered Baggett to return the car to a dealership after school officials looked into the loan arrangement. The disclosure came as the NCAA probed MSU recruiting practices
