A Fairview Park man who was a human guinea pig for the Army fears that he was unknowingly given LSD. William Spelbring, 33, a furniture salesman, expressed his concern in the wake of recent disclosures that the Army gave 1,500 soldiers and civilians the hallicinogen between 1959 and 1967
