Frederick EJ Pizzedaz, shown in this 1988 file photo, pleaded guilty Friday to charges of theft in office and tampering with public records. Pizzedaz, the former executive director of the Northeast Ohio Area Coordinating Agency, was fired by the regional planning agency after his indictment.
