1990 Press Photo Susan Netzly

PCB Inspector Susan Netzly takes a soil sample from Tom Buchan and labels it for testing. The soil sample was taken from a sewer in the parking lot of Greater Faith Baptist Church on St. Clair Ave. They were looking for PCB contamination from the Coit Rd. GM plant.
