1990 Press Photo Jojo O'Neill to purchase puppies for resale

Jojo O'Neill deposits puppies into a cage on his truck. O'Neill who is from Princeton, New Jersey was in Ohio near Mesopotamia to purchase puppies for resale. Humane officers from the Animal Welfare League, Trumball Co. were on the scene to make sure O'Neill was not transporting any puppies under 8 weeks of age.
