The museum contains over 35 aircraft on display as well as art work tracing the history of Naval Aviation since the Navy bought its first plane in 1911. The F-4 was the Navy's main fighter aircraft during the Viet Nam War. Next to the F-4 is the Sky Streak, a 1945 test jet. The museum is free and open to the public. Aircraft are displayed both inside and around the museum.
