Old-time boxer James (Bozo) Hambright smiled Tuesday after Birmingham City council granted him a license as a masseur. The blind, ex-boxer, a fixture in the city for years, was denied a license by the Police Department because of the way present law is written - the aim of which is to stop so-called massage parlors.
