1973 Press Photo Auburn Homecoming Queen Libby Ann Lively & Governor Wallace

Reigning over Saturday's homecoming festivities at Auburn University was Libby Ann Lively of Huntsville. Alabama Gov. George C. Wallace crowned the queen during halftime of the Auburn-Houston game. Hundreds of alumni, parents and visitors joined students for a weekend of celebration activities which was climaxed with Auburn's win over the University of Houston, 7-0.
