Major Kenneth Eishhorn has been assigned by the Department of the Army's Office of the Surgeon General as the medical personnel counselor for Alabama's Army reserve, and has opened an office in Birmingham. the assignment is a result of the Army's nationwide effort to recruit doctors for the USAR.
