State Representative Bob Gafford, left, was named "Man of the Year" by the Birmingham Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police Saturday for his "continuous support" of law enforcement. Gafford, who represents the Woodlawn, East Lake and Inglenook areas, was presented with a plaque by Bill Oversreet, FOP president.
