Birmingham, Alabama - Editor's Notes...people in photograph are misidentified. People in a photograph which ran in some editions of "The Birmingham News" Friday were misidentified. The photo accompanied an article about a hearing for Birmingham policeman Henry (Hank) R. McWhorter on charges brought against him by Police Chief Arthur Deutcsh. The people in the photograph were from the left: Attorney Harold P. Knight, police Lieutenant B.R. Stephens, Attorney Vincent Low and McWhorter. "The News" regrets the error and is happy to set the record straight.
