Birmingham Fire Marshal Richard Keith goes over the gutted remains of Gayle Hart's car, which was fire-bombed early Wednesday morning in Mrs. Hart's driveway in Huffman. A candidate for the Birmingham City Council, Mrs. Hart is under Police protection while police and the fire marshal's office investigate the case. She said she will stay in the council race.
