1982 Press Photo William Isaacs of Birmingham International Seed speaks

William J. Isaacs of Birmingham's International Forest Seed Company, was named the 1981 Alabama World Trade Association man of the year Thursday at the AWTA banquet at the Birmingham Hilton. Isaacs was cited for arranging Governor Fob James' stopover in Sweden during his eight-day industry-hunting tour of Europe in September 1980. Isaacs was also praised for developing markets for Alabama coal and wood products in Sweden. He serves on the AWTA board of directors.
