Billy Joe Camp, president-elect of the Alabama Public Service Commission, and Dean Koch, manager of fossil generation at Alabama Power's Gorgas Steam plant, took a look at that facility today. A day long tour of two Alabama Power steam plants was arranged at Camp's request. He said he wanted to learn more about the operation of the utility company. Camp takes office January 20.
