Thelma Blount, 51, legally blind since birth, has spent a great portion of her waking hours since 1968 behind a screen of rabbit wire in her little Loveman's Village store. The wire is to protect her from robbery. Tuesdday afternoon she was robbed. The bandit, a tall lanky black youth about 17, got $65 in cash and $10 in food stamps
