1980 Press Photo Oliver Anderson's body being removed from scene, Birmingham, AL

The man who was dead when police arrived has been identified as Oliver Anderson, in his 50's, of 515 Alpha St., a block behind 518 Fifth St. South, where the shootout occurred. Anderson was found dead in the alley behind the house after police shot the man they say had the gun.
