Mrs. A. Phillip Cook Jr. is the new president of the Girls Club Inc., of Birmingham, which serves more than 1,000 girls in the county. Other officers are Mrs. F. Donald Hamre, T. E. Rast, vice presidents; Mrs. James K. V. Ratliff, Mrs. Wilmer S. Poynor III, secretaries; Russell Cunningham III, treasurer; and Mrs. Emory Cunningham, historian. Board members are Mrs. T. D.
