Jefferson County Probate Judge O. H. Florence today administered the oath of office to five members of Birmingham City Council in Council Chambers at City Hall. From left are John Katopodis, newly elected council president, Bettye Fine Collins, William Bell, Nina Miglionico and Bill R. Myers. All but Bell will serve four-year-terms. As the winner with the fewest votes, Bell gets a two year term.
