Public dedication ceremonies and open house will start at 3 pm. Sunday at this new Occupational Rehabilitation Center at 1616 Sixth Avenue, South. Owned by the Alabama Society for Crippled Children and Adults, the building represents a $1 million investment. Its facilities will be used to train physically and emotionally handicapped people to help them find work and to become more self-sufficient in their daily lives.
