It may be a little inconvenient and sometimes appear to be unsafe, but when it's all over with, folks in the Woodlawn business district and their customers will have some new sidewalks to walk on. Not all of the sidewalks will be new because some are being repaired, but the improvement will be greatly appreciated, say merchants.
