Heavy rains last week along the Alabama coast saw the interior of Fort Morgan flooded, A contract has been awarded which will help avert such problems in the future Work will begin on a lagoon which will connect to the to the original aqueduct system at the fort. Lewis Mayson, in charge of construction looks over the flooded "dry" moats. (Fort Morgan, Alabama)
