Alabama-Crime-Birmingham detectives Tommy McDonald, left, and Bino Barefield prepare to handcuff Oscar Rogers Monday. They said they caught him holding a cocked pistol to another man's head at Eighth Avenue North and 10th Street. Rogers, 24, of 515 Sixth Avenue North, was charged with assault with a weapon.
