Though neither of them went off--one was disarmed and the other mysteriously disappeared--the bombs represent the latest or perhaps the most serious incidents to plague Birmingham area businessman Doug Dozier. Manager A.C. Elliot walked up to his (Elliot's) Package Store- also a bar- Monday morning to find a shattered front window. Inside, he found out why, then went outside quickly.
