Whitney Bank Official Dies - William Fox Services Set for Tuesday - Charles William Fox, a vice-president of the Whitney National Bank of New Orleans, died Monday at 6:30 .m. in Long Beach, Mississippi. He was 84. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp, Inc. 4127 South Clairborne. Interment will be in Cypress Grove cemetery.
