1946 Press Photo Roland Cocreham appointed as state revenue collector

Gov. Jimmie H. Davis, back in the state capitol today, announced appointment of Roland Cocreham as state revenue collector effective Oct. 15. The appointment of his old political buddy had been expected, after collector Robert Roland Friday announced his resignation to enter private law practice.
