1952 Press Photo Personnel Demonstrate US Navy Self Inflating Raft, New York

United States Navy Equipment: A raft Inflates itself in 30 seconds has been developed for the navy as lifesaving equipment. It was demonstrated at New York Wednesday. It was designed to give 70 degree temperature to survivors in either below zero or tropical weather.
