Award-winning documentarian Frederick Wiseman's controversial film, "Titicut Follies," banned from public screenings for 24 years, will be presented for the first time on television on PBS. "Titicut Folies," produced in 1967, is a powerful and disturbing look behind the walls of the Bridgewater State Hospital for the Criminally Insane in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
