Dr. William Snow, General Directer of the American Social Hygiene Association, New York City, as he testified Feb 15th, in Washington, D.C., before the Senate Commerce Sub-Committee studying a bill sponsored by Senator Robert LaFollette and which calls for appropriation of $3,000,000 next year and increasing annual appropriations for federal aid to prevent and control syphilis.
