Mrs. Helen Benshoff, of Arkansas City, KS, is shown being escorted by Nassau County, NY detectives from the plane in which she was brought to Newark Airport, NJ, to the police plane which county authorities placed at her disposal. She was landed at Roosevelt Field, Long Island and rushed to the bedside of her son, Ralph, 8, who lay stricken with meningitis.
