Description
After floodwaters receded, great gobs of work remained to be done in many Milwaukee homes. This was the scene Saturday in the backyard of Roy V. Johnson, 5246 North 27th Street. He had the help of his cousin, Mrs. Stephen Luzaich, 2611 West Juneau Avenue, and her husband (background) in hanging things out to dry and then throwing out ruined articles.(Disasters - Floods - Milwaukee)
