Pullman's pride. These pictures are from Lucius Beebe's new book, "Mr. Pullman's Elegant Palace Car," a pictorial homage to George M. Pullman, the man whose name became synonymous with first class travel. A railroad buff and admirer of the Old West, Mr. Beebe writes a column, "This Wild West," for the San Francisco Chronicle.
