Robert Schlesinger, 38, left, son of Countess Mona Bismarck, talks with his attorney, Harris Steinberg, before entering General Sessions in New York February 14. Schlesinger, who now works as an airplane pilot and whose home is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pleaded guilty to two of eight counts of grand larceny involving the fleecing of three businessmen in an oil stock swindle. The two counts involve a total of $170,000, and Schlesinger could receive 5 to 10 years imprisonment on each of the two counts. He will be sentenced March 14.
