Description
A prisoner carrying bus , converted from a new passenger bus, was turned over to the house of corrections, Thursday. It is the first such vehicle to be placed in operation at the institution, Inspecting the bus are (from left) Joseph B. Drewniak, superintendent of the house of correction; Earl B. Gruber, 2073 S 83rd st., West Allis, of Gruber-Bodden, Inc., which made the conversion, and S.N. Brickhuse Jr, engineer for the county department of public works.
