A crew aboard a Coast Guard boat Wednesday inspected the beached Hannah 2901, the barge from which oil spilled into the Milwaukee harbor after it went aground on a breakwater. The barge was intentionally beached near the South Shore Yacht Club when it started to take on water and became unstable as it was being pushed toward the Coast Guard Station after being freed from the breakwater
