Mrs Betty Anderson, 2456 North 4th street, has developed many friendships in the last three and half years of duty at North 5th street and West Garfield avenue, Milwaukee Wisconsin. There are about 247 women in the city who don a policelike uniform every school day and stand at dangerous intersections near public and private schools. In all kinds of weather, they watch over the safety of children at school crossings. (Milwaukee - Safety Commission - guards)
