1953 Press Photo Eisenhower learns Army swiped Navy mascot before football game

A report of great glee in the Army camp at West Point was passed on to President Eisenhower & others in Washington Monday by elder statesman Bernard Baruch. Baruch said "everything looks all right for army" because the cadets had managed to swipe the Navy mascot, Billy XII, before the annual football tussle Saturday.
