Child is cured by marrow bone transplantation for first time in Scandinavia . for the first time in Scandinavia a child has been cured by marrow bone transplantation, and for the first time ever the donor was without any family plantation was of another type. It has until now been the belief that to succeed in this type of transplantation the tissue should be of the same type. The little boy was born 18 months ago without bodily means of resisting the multimillion gems and virus in the outside sir. For fifteen months he stayed in a sterile box constantly supervised by nurses and doctors. The boy is now regarded as cured and immune against germs and for the first time in his life he could be held in the arms of his mother.
