Albany, New York - Pretty Girl Scouts Michele Cramer of Troop 528 and Maureen Kerrigan of Troop 324 smile approvingly for Acting Assistant Postmaster John F. Schumaker of Albany while displaying sheets of postage stamps issued by the Post Office Department to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Girl Scouting in America. The stamps are on sale at the Albany Post Office.
