Jack O'Connell, 27, displays one of his paintings, part of an art show from felons, past and present, in the State Capitol at Albany, New York Monday. O'Connell's painting, Crimson Sky, was named best of show in last year's convict art display. Last year O'Connell asked $150 for Crimson Sky, now he's asking $1100.
