New York-"Draft Evader" Adlai Stevenson smiles today at New York press conference at which he said he is not neither seeking nor expecting a third Democratic presidential nomination. However, Stevenson wouldn't close the door to a draft, saying that to refuse one would mean he would be a "draft evader." Stevenson arrived yesterday from a tour of Latin America.
