Walter Jenkins, an aide to President Johnson for many years, has been subpoenaed in the civil suit which touched off the Bobby Baker investigation. The subpoena was confirmed today by George Reedy, White House press secretary, said Jenkins "doesn't know why because he doesn't know anything about this matter."
