Lord Harewood, 43, will let his wife, Lady Harewood, Australian-born Marion Stein, have an uncontested divorce and hopes to wed the woman named in the petition, Patricia Tuckwell, who also is the mother of his 2 1/2 year old son, his attorneys announced in London today. He was 26 and Fraulein Stein 22 when they were married in the presence of the royal family in 1949. They had three children. Lord Harewood is 18th in succession to the British throne.
