Description

Danny Spencer Notley, 23 of St. Paul, Minn., a former Army sergeant, tells news conference in New York Monday he saw Americans massacre 30 women and children in a Vietnam village in 1969. But Notley said he would not disvulge the names of enlisted men and low ranking officers who were involved. Notley said he would testify before a commission of inquiry if he is allowed to give a full account of what he knows except for the names of the of officers.
