WASHINGTON -- WHERE 'PRESIDENT'S CUP' GAME WILL BE HELD -- Byrd Stadium (above), College Park, Maryland, will be the scene of a "President's Cup" football game December 9 with two of the nation's top collegiate teams facing each other, it was announced today. Sponsors hope to turn it into a national championship. The game will be sponsored by the District of Columbia American Legion with proceeds going to Legion welfare fund.
