Skaters Pass Tests Three couples from the Lilac City Plaza Figure Skating Club recently passed the bronze pairs test -- the first from Spokane to be tested and passed in the three-minute routine of prescribed spins, jumps and turns set to music. From left are five of the six, Robin and Bob Briley, Leslie Williams, Larry Miller and Mark Hendren. Not present for the picture was Marcia Dalziel.
