SECOND CHOICE IN FOOTBALL DRAFT -- George Kunz, a tackle from Notre Dame, was chosen by the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League, the second to pick as the third annual combined pro football draft got under way in New York today. Kunz is 6-5, 245 pounds and 21 years old. He was the Irish co-captain, a second team member of the Associated Press All-America.
