GRAHAM TO COACH REDSKINS -- Otto Graham, former star quarterback for the Cleveland Browns and more recently coach at the Coast Guard Academy, today became head coach of the Washington Redskins of the National Football League. He replaces Bill McPeak, fired last month. The Redskins said Graham's salary would be between $30,000 and $50,000. Length of contract was not disclosed.
