Tampico Mexico The busy waterfront of this Mexican gulf port which todaay Monday was battered and flooded by 120 mph cyclone which brought torrential rains to 4 Mexican states An announcement by their government statted that more than 5000 persons had perished as result of the storm President Rodriguez ordered the nation's entire military air force mobilized to rush food and medicine to the stricken city More than half of Tampico reported covered in floodwaters
